Our Addiction Treatment Programs

Recovery looks different for everyone. Some people need medical stabilization before beginning therapy, while others need structured daytime treatment or flexible outpatient support. Our addiction treatment programs are designed to provide the right level of care at the right time.

Medical Detox Program

Detox is often the first step for people who are physically dependent on alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, benzodiazepines, heroin, or other substances. Withdrawal can be uncomfortable and, in some cases, medically dangerous without professional support.

Our detox program helps clients stabilize safely while preparing for the next phase of recovery. During detox, clients may receive medical monitoring, medication support, emotional care, and guidance from experienced addiction professionals.

Detox is not the full treatment process. It is the foundation that helps clients become physically stable enough to begin deeper therapeutic work. Learn More>

Residential Treatment Program

Residential treatment provides a structured, supportive environment for clients who need more intensive care away from daily triggers, stressors, and substance use environments. This level of care is often recommended for people who need 24/7 support, have experienced repeated relapse, struggle with severe cravings, or need time and space to focus fully on recovery.

Residential care helps clients build stability, develop coping skills, and begin creating a realistic plan for long-term recovery. Learn More>

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our Partial Hospitalization Program, also known as PHP, is a highly structured level of care for clients who need intensive treatment but do not require 24-hour residential support.

PHP provides a strong clinical foundation while allowing clients to begin practicing recovery skills in real life. This program may be appropriate after detox or residential treatment, or as a starting point for clients who need significant structure and accountability.

PHP is often a good fit for people who need consistent clinical care while working on emotional stability, relapse prevention, mental health symptoms, and long-term recovery planning. Learn More>

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program, also known as IOP, provides flexible addiction treatment for clients who need strong clinical support while maintaining more independence.

IOP may be appropriate for clients stepping down from PHP or residential treatment, or for people who need structured care while continuing to manage work, school, family, or personal responsibilities.

Designed to support long-term recovery, this program helps individuals build confidence, maintain accountability, manage triggers, and successfully transition to a healthier, thriving life. Learn More>

Insurance can be confusing, and most families don’t know what their plan actually covers for addiction treatment. The process is confidential, takes minutes, and carries no cost or commitment.

Our treatment programs may include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Trauma Therapy
  • Individual Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Dual Diagnosis Treatment
  • Psychiatric Support
  • Life Skills Development
  • Relapse Prevention Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing

Evidence-Based Therapies Used in Our Rehab Programs

Some people entering treatment feel embarrassed or ashamed because they believe they should have been able to handle things on their own. Others worry they will be judged or viewed differently for asking for help. There is no judgment here.

Addiction and mental health struggles can affect people from every background, including students, professionals, parents, and individuals who never imagined they would need treatment. Seeking help takes tremendous courage, and recognizing the need for support is often one of the strongest and most important steps a person can take toward healing and recovery.

How Mental Health and Addiction Often Overlap

Many people entering addiction treatment are surprised to learn that substance use disorders are often closely connected to underlying emotional and mental health challenges. Anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, grief, PTSD, low self-esteem, family conflict, and unresolved emotional pain can all contribute to drug or alcohol addiction. For many individuals, substances become a way to temporarily numb emotional distress, cope with difficult experiences, or escape overwhelming feelings.

While drugs and alcohol may provide temporary relief, they often worsen these issues over time and create a cycle of dependence. Lasting recovery involves addressing the root causes of addiction and learning healthier ways to manage life’s challenges without relying on substances.

Common issues we help clients address include:

  • Chronic stress
  • Burnout
  • Trauma
  • Childhood neglect
  • Grief and loss
  • Social anxiety
  • Shame
  • Low self-esteem
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Family conflict
  • Codependency

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Many people struggling with addiction are also living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, mood disorders, or other mental health conditions. This is known as dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorders.

Our programs address addiction and mental health together through coordinated therapy, psychiatric care, medication support when appropriate, and structured clinical support.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rehab Programs

The first step is a confidential assessment. This helps determine whether detox, residential treatment, PHP, or IOP is the most appropriate level of care.

Some people do, especially if they are physically dependent on alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, benzodiazepines, heroin, or prescription medications. Detox helps clients stabilize safely before beginning deeper therapeutic work.

PHP is more structured and intensive, often involving treatment several days per week for much of the day. IOP is still structured but offers more flexibility for clients who are ready for greater independence.

Not always. Residential treatment is best for people who need 24/7 support or distance from triggers. Outpatient programs like PHP and IOP may be better for clients who can safely live at home or in supportive housing while attending treatment.

Yes. Many clients struggle with both addiction and mental health concerns. Our dual diagnosis treatment addresses substance use and mental health together.
